Credibility and integrity have become a social system project related to every aspect. Its construc- tion can make hierarchical control and decomposition coordination. Its running mode is through govern- ment promotion and supervision, market manipulation, and social public participation. It should start from target task of subsystems, including building policy and statute system, service markets system, supervi- sion and reward system, and credit culture system, and finally achieve the advance construction of fiduciar- y system in the whole society.
