摘要
适应和改善高职院校学生心智模式,提升人才培养品质且符合企业特质需求,是当前高职学生培养面临的重要课题。对当前高职院校学生成长背景及心智模式的行为表现特点进行分析,结合企业对高职院校学生的特质需求,提出如何适应、组织、改善和管理学生的心智模式的策略。
Adapting and improving mental modes of students of higher vocational institutes, improving tal- ent cultivation quality, and making them conform to special needs of enterprises are an important subject of higher vocational institutes in student cultivation. The article makes analysis on students＂ growth back- ground and behavior features, and puts forward countermeasures concerning how to adapt to, organize, improve and manage students＂ mental modes according to special needs of enterprises.
