高炉布袋除尘的实践经验

EXPERIENCE ON BF BAG SCRUBBER

重点总结韶关钢铁厂308m^3高炉使用布袋除尘3年多来的实践经验。指出,影响滤袋使用寿命及破损率的主要因素除布袋除尘器自身工艺流程是否合理、布袋材质、结构及加工质量好坏等因素外,同时还与高炉冶炼原料、冶炼操作水平及布袋除尘器运行的管理有密切的关系。

This paper summarizes the experience of more than 3 years on bag scrubber operation of a 308m^3 BF at Shaoguan Iron and Steel Works. It is pointed out that main factors which influence service life of the scrubbing system breakage of the bags are not only the scrubbing process design, the quality, structure and processing of the bags but also raw materials, BF operation and the operation management of the scrubber.
