摘要
目的建立测定复方白芷乳膏中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法Waters e2695高效液相色谱系统,Empower Waters工作站,Waters 2489 UV/visible Detector检测器;Hypersil ODS2 C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流速1.0 mL/min,流动相甲醇-水(62∶38),检测波长254 nm,进样量20μL。结果欧前胡素进样质量浓度在1.274~25.48μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 99);异欧前胡素与峰面积在1.338~26.76μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 99)。欧前胡素的平均加样回收率为100.57%(n=9),RSD=1.31%;异欧前胡素的平均加样回收率为100.87%(n=9),RSD=1.95%。结论所用方法操作简便、准确、稳定、灵敏度高,适用于复方白芷乳膏中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination ot imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Compound Angelicae Dahuricae Radix Cream. Methods The Waters e2 695 HPLC system was adopted with the Empower Waters workstation and the Waters 2 489 UV/visible detector;the Hypersil 0DS2(150 mm^4.6 ram,5 tLm) was used;the mobile phase:methanol-water(62:38);the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detection wavelength was 254 nm;the column temperature was set at the room temperature;the injection volume was 20 txL. Results The linear range of imperatorin was 1. 274-25.48 μg/mL(r =0. 999 99);the linear range of isoimperatorin was 1. 338-26.76 μg/mL(r =0. 999 99). The average recovery rate of imperatorin was 100.57% (n=9),RSD=I. 31% ;the average recovery rate of isoimperatorin was 100.87% (n = 9), RSD = 1.95%. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and stable with the high sensitivi- ty and is suitable for the quality control of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Compound Angelicae Dahuricae Radix Cream.
