摘要
目的建立测定清脑降压颗粒中阿魏酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Agela Promosil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%冰醋酸(19∶81),柱温为35℃,检测波长为318 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果阿魏酸进样量在0.105 0~1.680μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为97.47%,RSD为0.37%。结论该方法简便、快速,重现性好,可作为清脑降压颗粒质量控制的定量方法。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of ferulic acid in Qingnaojiangya Granules. Methods The chromatographic column was the Agela Promosil C^s(250mm^4. 6 mm,5 ~m);the mobile phase was acetonitrile- 1% glacial acetic acid (19:81);the column temperature was 35 ~C ;the detection wavelength was 318 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear range of ferulic acid was 0. 105 0-1.680 ~g, r =0.999 8, the average recovery rate was 97.47%, RSD O. 37%. Conclusion This method is simple and rapid with good reproducibility and can be used for the quantitative method of the quality control of Qingnaojiangya Granules.
