摘要
为探讨低灌蓝莓(Vaccinum angustifolium)种子萌发温度条件及促进措施,以低灌蓝莓种子为试验对象,梯度温度条件下培养。结果表明:28℃是低灌蓝莓种子发芽的最适温度,一定浓度的HCl浸泡及赤霉素处理对种子萌发有促进作用。
In order to investigate the temperature conditions and promotion effect for seed germination of Vaccinum angustifolium, the study will cultivate the seeds as test subjects under temperature gradient. The results show that the most appropriate temperature conditions for seed germination of V. angustifolium is 28 ℃. And the promotion effect of seed germination is the seed soaked by a certain eoneentration of HCI or treated by gibberellin .
