摘要 清洁生产是从根本上解决环境保护和生产发展的最好模式。依据生命周期理论并考虑到食用植物油工业的特点,本文构建了食用植物油工业清洁生产评价指标体系。选用了AHP-Fuzzy综合评价法对食用植物油工业清洁生产水平进行评价。通过实例的研究与分析表明,该指标体系和评价方法可操作性较强,准确性较高,能够使企业对自身的清洁生产水平及取得的成果进行准确评价,从而了解企业自身的清洁生产潜力,对增强企业的市场竞争力和推动企业进行清洁生产具有重要的意义。 Cleaner production is the best mode for fundamentally resolving the conflicts between economical development and environmental protection. According to the life cycle theory and the edible oil industrial characteristics, the cleaner production evaluation? index system of edible vegetable oil industry is constructed. And the AHP - fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected to evaluate the edible oil industry. Through the research of the enterprise, the index system and evaluation method has proved workable and exact. By using this method enterprises can evaluate the level of cleaner production and the achievements gained, which can help them learn more about their own cleaner production potential and has important significance of strengthening the enterprises' competitive capability and promoting the enterprises to carry out the cleaner production.
