摘要
本文采用黑曲霉发酵葡萄糖产葡萄糖酸钠,对黑曲霉素接入培养液中在摇瓶中发酵过程中的最佳底物浓度,pH,培养时间、温度、和接入发酵液时的菌种量进行了详细的实验探索,以提高葡萄糖酸钠的产量。得到最佳的培养条件为:葡萄糖初始浓度为100g/L,pH为7,发酵时间20h,发酵温度30℃,接种量为10%。
In this paper, we use Aspergillus niger fermentation of glucose to produce glucose sodium. The optimal substrate concentration, pH, incubation time, temperature, and the amount of access fermentation strains of Aspergillus niger using shaking-flaskwere were experimentally investigated. In order to improve the yield of sodium gluconate and get the best culture conditions: the initial glucose concentration is 100g/L, pH is 7, and the fermentation time is 20h, the fermentation temperature is 30℃, the inoculation amount is 10%.
