摘要
以丙纶扁带为原料,通过改装Y331型纱线捻度仪进行加捻,使其具有纱线的特征,用小样织机试织了方格、蜂巢、配色模纹组织的织物。研究发现宽为10mm的扁带加捻到捻度为100时,其断裂强力增加了约四分之一,其断裂伸长率和断裂时间约增加约一倍,但是捻带容易退捻、定捻较为困难;扁带织物多较为粗犷、硬挺、厚实,具有强烈的视觉风格,适用于装饰织物。丙纶扁带的试织论证了扁带织物开发的可行性,为扁带织物产品的开发给予一定的指导意义。

Thus, twist setting becomes more difficult; Flat belt fabric is much more straightforward, stiff, thick, with a strong visual style, applied to decorative fabrics. The trial weave of Polypropylene flat belt demonstrated the feasibility of the flat belt fabric development. The paper gives a certain guiding significance on the development of flat belt fabric product.
