摘要
采用超细粉体加工技术制备了超细羽绒粒子,并对其粒径、孔结构等进行了表征。将制备的超细羽绒粒子应用于染料废水的处理,研究其对模拟染料废水溶液中酸性大红3R、直接耐酸大红4BS、还原大红R的吸附性能。结果表明:超细羽绒粒子的平均粒径是2.34±0.26μm,且具有良好的孔结构,其中以大孔为主,而且孔径分布较宽。动力学研究结构表明伪二级动力学方程可更好地描述超细羽绒粒子对酸性大红3R、直接耐酸大红4BS、还原大红R染料的吸附行为。
Superfine down particle (SDP) was successfully prepared by a self-made device and applied to remove hazardous dyes acid brilliant scarlet 3R, direct fast scarlet 4BS and vat scarlet R from aqueous solution. The particle size and pore structure parameters were investigated by using Laser particle analyzer and the specific surface area and pore size analyzer, respectively. The results showed that SDP with the average size of 2.34±0.26gm and it has an abundant pore structures. The kinetic measurements indicate that the ongoing adsorption process obeys pseudo-second order kinetics.
