摘要
本文针对针织提花圆纬机的工作原理,提出了一种磁悬浮式驱动织针模型。该模型以电磁、永磁混合原理为基础,通过对该模型进行实验分析和控制策略以及算法研究,验证了磁悬浮驱动织针在狭小空间内运动的可行性;同时对实验数据进行分析,进而验证理论的正确性。文中将单织针控制原理扩展延伸到多织针控制系统,并对多悬浮式驱动织针控制策略进行了探讨。
According to the principle of jacquard knitting machine, we put forward a new model of driving magnetic needle in this paper. The model is based on the principle of electromagnetic, permanent magnet hybrid. Based on the model, we do many experiments and analysis and the control strategy and algorithm research, then we verified that the suspension-drive needle can move in the narrow space. At the same time, this paper analyzes the experimental data to prove the validity of the theory. At last, the paper extends the single suspension drive knitting needle control principle to the more suspension drive knitting needle control system, and the more suspension drive knitting needle control strategy are discussed.
