摘要
研制成一种莫来石-堇青石质组合肋板式陶瓷换热器。在1210℃半工业性炉上进行了实验,陶瓷芯体不仅强度高和气密性好,而且总传热系数(16~53W/(M^2·℃)远大于传统的陶瓷换热器。在冷态实验中,测试并分析了空气流动阻力损失及空气速度分布。在实验基础上,建立了换热器操作参数与热工指标间的特性方程。
One type of mullite-cordierite compact ceramic ribbed-plate recuperator has been successfully developed. Experiments were made in a 1210℃ semi-industrial furnace. Results show that the ceramic core not only has high strength and good gas-tightness, but its overall coefficient of heat transfer (16~53 W/m_2℃) greatly exceeds the traditional ceramic recuperator. Under normal room temperature experiment, measurements were carried out on the pressure loss and velocity distribution of air flow. Based on the experimental data, some specific equations were worked out.
