摘要
喂线新技术是近年来发展的一种炉外精炼新工艺,本文就有关合金芯线结构、喂线装置以及喂入方法等进行了简要介绍。实践表明,喂线新技术,在脱氧,去硫,合金化微调以及改变钢中夹杂物形态等方面,均取得良好的应用效果。钙的收得率可达10～30%是提高钢质量的最主要炉外精炼手段。
Wire feeding (WF) is a newly developed technique for ladle refining. This paper briefly introduces structure of alloy wire, equipment of WF and feeding method. It is proved that WF can bring good results in deoxidization, desulphurization, final adjustment of alloying and change of inclusion shape, etc. The recovery of Ca may reach 10～30%. WF is an important means in ladle refining for production of quality steels.
