摘要
论述了透射电子显微镜透镜线圈稳流电源的组成与工作原理,分析稳流控制电路的特点,查找到影响线圈电流稳定度的主要因素,通过改进现有电路结构,设计出高稳定度的透镜线圈稳流电路,使其电流稳定度达到2ppm/min,符合实际需要。
This article researched on the composition and working principle of regulation power supply of lens coil of transmission electron microscope, analyzed the the characteristics of regulation control circuits, found the main factors af- fecting the stability of the coil current. Through improving existing circuit structure, designed lens coil regulation circuit with high stability, making the current stability up to 2 ppm/min, meeting the actual needs.
