摘要
在现代电力系统的整体构架里,电力通信系统作为电力系统的核心组成部分,在整体工作流程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。文中在此基础之上,针对电力通信系统整体特殊性质,简要分析了整个系统的可靠性研究方法与其影响因素等,并结合自己的研究建立了可靠性指标评价体系,以此对电力通信系统进行综合评价。
In the overall framework of modern electric power system, the electric power communication system as a core component of the power system, plays the more and more important role in the overall workflow. Based on this, in view of the whole special nature of electric power communications system, this paper analyzed briefly the research methods of the reliability of the whole system and its influencing factors, and combined with their own research to establish a relia- bility index evaluation system, to the comprehensive evaluation of the electric power communication system.
