Substation construction plays a very important role in the power system, the quality of substation construc- tion directly affects the substation economy, safety and reliability. This artile firstly analyzed the characteristics of substa- tion project, simply analyzed the factors affecting the quality of construction substation, introduced the construction process quality control content of the substation construction proiect, proposed the recommendations and countermeasures strength- ening the substation project construction process quality control.
