小水电的综合效益分析探讨

Analysis and Discussion on the Comprehensive Efficiency of Small Hydropower

小水电具有价格低廉、环保、低碳的特点。大力发展小水电能够调整能源结构,促进经济发展。文中从经济效益、生态效益、社会效益三个方面分析了小水电所带来的综合效益,并提出了提高小水电综合效益的有效措施。

The small hydropower has low price, environmental protection, low-carbon features. Vigorously develop of small hydropower can adjust the energy structure, promote economic development. This article researched on the compre- hensive efficiency brought by the small hydropower from three aspects： economic efficiency, ecological efficiency, social ef- ficiency, and proposed the effective measures how to improve the comprehensive efficiency of small hydropower.
