摘要
基于产业技术创新战略联盟各盟员对联盟的投入、贡献、风险大小等影响因素对商业模式的选择、制定及实施的正确与否直接关乎到企业的生死存亡。通过深入分析中国制造业的特点,结合目前全球竞争市场的经济形态,对中国制造业企业的管理模式进行了概括性的总结和比较,验证了业务流程化管理模式在制造业企业中应用的必要性,并对商业模式的概念和构成要素进行了梳理,讨论了中国制造业企业商业模式的内涵和本质,构建了中国制造业企业的商业模式框架,同时提出在商业模式体系中如何提升企业核心竞争力有效途径。
The correct choice, formulation and implementation of business model directly relates to the survival of enterprises. Through in -depth analysis of the characteristics of China's manufacturing industry, combined with the current global competitive market economy, this article summarized and compared the management mode of Chinese manufacturing enterprise and proved the necessity of the application of business flow management model in manufacturing enterprises. This article also generalized the concept and constituent elements of business model, discussed the conno- tation and the essence of China's manufacturing industry enterprise business model, built the business model framework of Chinese manufacturing enterprise and put forward the effective way on how to to promote enterprise's core competitive ability in business model .
