摘要 近年来,社会价值日益多元,人们生活水平不断提高,公众对教育的需求也日益多样化和个性化,全国各地陆续出现了"在家上学"现象。"在家上学"是对当前学校教育不满的一种行动表达,表达了对教育资源配置不公的反抗,同时也反映了教育需求多样化的发展趋势。在包容"在家上学"这一新生事物的同时,学校教育应实现由同质化的选拨功能到个性化的育人功能的均衡发展,从而满足家长对学校教育在多样化和个性化方面的需求。 In recent years, with diversifying of social values and the increasing improvement in people' s living standard, there is also a growing trend in public' s demands for a more diverse and individual education, which has exclusively lead to a nationwide phenomenon called "Home Schooling". "Home Schooling" expresses public' s dissatisfaction with current school education as well as their resistance to the unfair distributions of educational resources. It also reflects a diverse trend in public' s demands for education development. School education should take this new trend as normal and improve its quality with a more equal value in mind in order to meet with public' s demands for diversification and individuation in school education.
