摘要 乳腺癌具有高度异质性,不同亚型具有不同生物学行为、临床病理特点及影像学特征。雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)和人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)表达均为阴性的乳腺癌称为三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC),是乳腺癌的特殊亚型。本文主要对TNBC的钼靶X线研究进展及其临床病理特点进行综述。 Breast cancers are high heterogeneous, tumor of different subtypes have different biological behavior, clinico- pathological features and imaging characteristics. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is defined by lack of expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). TNBC is a distinctive subtype of breast cancers. The mammographic imaging and clinicopathological features of TNBC were reviewed in this article.
