寻常性银屑病皮损皮肤镜特征分析

A Preliminary Evaluation of Dermoscopy Feature of Psoriasis Lesion

目的对寻常性银屑病不同时期、不同部位皮损的皮肤镜表现进行研究,以求寻常性银屑痛的皮肤镜特征表现。方法选取本科门诊就诊的71例组织病理检查或临床明确诊断为银屑病的患者,后进行相同皮损皮肤镜检查。对皮肤镜皮损颜色、血管分布及鳞屑等所获得数据进行分类分析。结果银屑病皮损处皮肤镜的特征主要为淡红色背景下均匀、散在分布的点状血管及表面银色鳞屑。结论皮肤镜特征表现可以为银屑病的临床诊断及鉴别诊断提供有效的帮助。

Objective To establish the dermoscopic characteristics of psoriasis vulgaris Lesion in different stages and body sites. Methods A total of 71 out-patients diagnosed as psoriasis in our depaament were recruited for dermoscopic examination. The dermoscopic data on color, vascular distribution and scales were analyzed. Results The dermoscopic characteristics of psoriatic lesions were mainly manifested by a scattered distribution of dotted vessels and silver scales on surface in the uniform light red background. Conclusion The dermoscopic characteristics could effectively help the clinical diagnosis of psoriasis.
