贵阳市男男性行为者HIV感染/梅毒感染状况及梅毒感染相关危险因素分析

Analysis on the Syphiilis Infections in Gay Men in Guiyang and the Related Risk Factors

目的了解贵阳市男男性行为者(MM)HⅣ感染/梅毒感染情况及梅毒感染相关危险因素。方法采用关键知情人介绍、同志网站发布公告、同志酒吧现场招募3种方法在贵阳市招募研究对象,共有341例符合条件的MSM进行了面对面问卷调查,同时接受了梅毒和人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体血清学检测。结果 HIV感染率为22.00%,梅毒现症感染率为9.70%,单因素分析显示,年龄、民族、近6个月性行为坚持使用安全套、最近1年性病症状、现症梅毒感染与HIV感染相关,年龄、文化程度、收入、性取向、HⅣ感染、同性性伴数与梅毒感染相关(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,年龄(OR=2.490)、HIV感染(0R=4.124)、性取向(OR=0.392)、性伴数(OR=2.044)、近6个月生行为坚持使用安全套(OR=2.410)为梅毒感染独立影响因素。结论贵阳市MSM人群HIV感染/梅毒感染率较高,防治形势严峻,应重视MSM人群的HIV/梅毒防治工作。

Objective To find out the current situation and the relative risk factors of the syphilis infections among gay men in Guiyang. Methods Three hundred and forty-one eligible homosexual men were recruited in the study via key person＇s referral, MSM internet advertisement and on-site recruitment in gay bars in Guiyang. The participants were interviewed in person and given the HIV/syphilis test. Results The rate of HIV infection was 22.00% ;The rate of syphilis infection was 9.70%. Single factor analysis showed that age, race, con- sistently using condoms during sexual intercourse in the last 6 months, symptoms of sexually transmitted dis- eases in last year, present status of syphilis infection were associated with HIV infection while age, education levels, income, sexual orientation, HIV infection, multiple sexual partners were associated with syphilis in- fection （P 〈 0.05 ）. Multi factors analysis showed that age （OR = 2. 490）, HIV infection （OR = 4. 124）, sexual orientation（ OR = 0. 392 ）, multiple sexual partners （ OR = 2. 044 ）, consistently using condoms during sex in the last 6 months （ OR = 2. 410）were the independent influencing factors of syphilis infection. Conclusion The infection rate of HIV/syphilis in gay men in Guiyang is high;Special attention should be paid to the prevention of HIV/syphilis among gay men.
