银屑病患者的生活质量及其影响因素调查

Study on the Quality of Life and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Psoriasis

目的调查银屑病患者的生活质量,研究影响生活质量的因素。方法对湖南省长沙、常德市3家医院皮肤科的140例银屑病住院患者进行问卷调查,内容包括社会人口学特征、患病情况、银屑病严重程度和皮肤病生活质量指数。结果银屑病患者皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)平均11.24±5.68,影响银屑病患者生活质量的因素有:年龄、受教育水平、经济收入、工作状态、疾病严重度、皮损部位出血、瘙痒程度、皮损暴露、关节受损、合并症,多元线性回归方程解释70.1%。结论银屑病患者的生活质量较差,受多种因素影响。医护人员应从多方面了解患者,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the quality of life in psoriatic patients and its influencing factors. Methods With ran- dom sampling, a total of 140 inpatients with psoriasis from 3 hospitals in Changsha and Changde were surveyed and assessed in questionnaire studies. Survey information included general situation, prevalence and quality of life. Results The dermatology life quality index （DLQI） of psoriatic patients scored an average of 11.24±5.68. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with psoriasis were： age, education level, income, employment status, disease severity, bleeding, itching degree, skin lesions, joint damage, rejected experience, complications. The regression equation was RE = 0. 701. Conclusion The quality of life of patients with psoriasis is poor, and it is affected by various factors. Medical professionals should know more about patients to improve their quality of life.
