摘要
患者女,16岁。因面部、双手疣状增生物进行性加重7^+年就诊。皮损组织病理示:角化过度,角质层呈网篮状外观,棘层肥厚,表皮上、中部可见空泡化细胞,部分细胞胞质呈淡蓝色云雾状。诊断:疣状表皮发育不良。本文就其病因、临床表现及治疗进展进行了文献复习。
A 16-year-old girl presented with papillary neoplasms on her face and two hands for more than 7 years. Histo- pathology showed hyperkeratosis, basket-weave changes in the stratum corneum, acanthosis, vacuolar degen- eration in the middle and upper epidermis, some cells with blue-gray swollen cytoplasm. The diagnose of epi- dermodysplasia verruciformis was made. Its etiology, clincal manifestation and treatments were reviewed.
