摘要
患者女,40岁。双乳房皮疹10年。皮损组织病理示:真皮上部多数嗜碱性上皮细胞聚集成小团块,细胞团圆形,少部分导管与上皮细胞条索相连,呈蝌蚪状结构。诊断:汗管瘤。
A 40-year-old woman presented with papules on the breasts for 10 years. Histopathology showed many small round masses consisling of basophilic epilhelial cells in the upper dermis. Some tabular lumina were connected with epithelial cell cord, forming a tadpole-like shape, Diagnosis：Syringoma.
