摘要
患者男,85岁。左前臂出现水疱伴痒40d。皮损局限于左前臂,皮损组织病理示:表皮下基底膜处可见大疱。直接免疫荧光:基底膜带IgG,C_3线状沉积。皮损盐裂后直接免疫荧光示:IgG,C_3沉积于表皮侧。间接免疫荧光示:IgG于表皮基底膜间呈线状沉积。诊断:局限型大疱性类天疱疮。
A 85-year-oht male presented with an itching blister on the left upper arm for 40 days. Histopathology revealed subepidermal blisters, Direct immunofluorescence of perilesional skin showed linear deposition of IgG and C3 along the basement membrane zone and bound to the epidermal side in the sail spill perilesional skin. Indirect immunofluorescence demonstrated deposition of IgG at the basement membrane zone in a linear paltern. The diagnosis of localized bullous pemphigoid was made.
