仅累及黑发的斑秃1例

摘要 1临床资料患者男，53岁.因“片状脱发伴逐渐加重2周”来本院就诊。患者于2周前无明显诱因枕部头发片状脱落，且脱发均为黑发，白发未累及，脱发区面积逐渐扩大。
