润燥止痒胶囊配合湿毒膏治疗掌跖角化性湿疹的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Moisturizing Itching Relief Capsules Combined with Shidu Paste for Treating Palmoplantar Keratotic Eczema

目的探讨润燥止痒胶囊配合湿毒膏治疗掌跖角化性湿疹的疗效。方法治疗组40例,口服润燥止痒胶囊并外用湿毒膏,对照组38例仅外用湿毒膏,两组均用药4周观察疗效。结果治疗组治疗后评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为87.50%,对照组为60.53%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论润燥止痒胶囊配合湿毒膏是治疗掌跖角化性湿疹的有效方法之一。

Objective To determine the clinical efficacy of moisturizing itching relief capsules combined with Shidu paste in treating palmoplantar keratotic eczema. Methods The 40 patients in treatment group were orally given moisturizing itching relief capsules and treated with topical Shidu paste for 4 weeks. The 38 patients in control group were treated by topical Shidu paste alone for 4 weeks. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores were significant different between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rates in treatment group （87.50%） were significantly higher than that in control group （60.53%）, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The moisturizing itching relief capsules combined with Shidu paste is a effective regimen for palmoplantar keratotic eczema.
