摘要
NovoTTF-100A装置是2011年获FDA批准,可用于临床治疗成人复发多形性胶质母细胞瘤(RGBM)的新型治疗手段,亦称肿瘤治疗电场(TTFields)。该装置可产生中频交变电场,诱导某些特定类型的癌细胞凋亡,且毒副作用小。虽然该治疗手段发展前景广阔,但其作用机制仍未完全阐明。本文对TTFields的作用机制及应用进行综述,以加深对该新技术的了解。
The treatment of recurrent glioblastoma multiform in adults with device NovoTTF-100A has been approved by US FDA in 2011. This novel treatment is also named as TTPields (tumor treating fields). It has been proved that TTFields may induce apoptosis of some specific cancer cells by providing a low intensity and intermediate frequency alternative electric fields with characteristics of non-toxicity, etc. The technique of TTFields shows a broad prospect on development, but the mechanism of its effect remains unclear. This review intends to report a basic understanding by summarizing the mechanism and clinical application of TTFields.
