含氟化物的钡镓锗酸盐玻璃形成及其热性能

Glass Formation and Thermal Properties of Barium Gallium Germanate Glasses Containing Fluoride

摘要 在钡镓锗酸盐玻璃中引入氟化物,研究了BaF2-Ga2O3-GeO2和BaF2-GaF3-GeO2系统的玻璃形成区,并采用差热分析法研究了成分对玻璃热性质的影响。研究表明:随玻璃组分中氟化物含量增加,玻璃形成区减小;在含氟化物的钡镓锗系统中,析晶温度Tx随Ga含量增加出现极大值,转变温度Tg出现极小值;在Ga含量不变的情况下,Tx随BaF2含量增加出现极大值(摩尔分数),在BaF2-Ga2O3-GeO2系统中,20BaF2系列玻璃的最佳Ga2O3含量约为16.5%,15Ga2O3系列玻璃的最佳BaF2含量约为15.5%;在BaF2-GaF3-GeO2系统中,10BaF2系列玻璃的最佳GaF3含量约为20.0%,15GaF3系列玻璃的最佳BaF2含量约为10.0%。 The glass-forming regions of BaF2-Ga203-GeO2 and BaF2-GaF3-GeO2 systems were investigated when fluoride was introduced into the barium gallium germanate glass. The effect of the components on the thermal properties of glass was ana- lyzed by differential thermal analysis. The results show that the glass-forming region decreases with the increase of fluoride component number. For barium gallium germanium system with fluoride, the crystallization temperature of Tx has a maximum value and the transition temperature Tg has a minimum value when the Ga content increases. When the content of Ga is con- stant, Tx also appears a maximum value when the IMF2 content increases. In the molar fraction, for the BaF2-Ga203-Ge02 sys- tem, the optimal content of Ga203 in 20BaF2 series glass is 16. 5%, and the optimum BaF2 content of 15Ga203 series glass is 15.5%. For the BaF2-GaF3-GeO2 system, the optimum GaF3 content of 10BaF2 series glass is 20.0%, and the optimum BaF2 content of 15 GaF3 series glass is 10. 0%.
