APPROACH TO PROLONG SERVICE LIFE OF BOSH COOLING STAVES OF MIDLE BLAST FURNACES

随着冶炼技术进步,高炉日益强化。而炉腹冷却壁大量破损和漏水,不仅缩短高炉寿命,也威胁安全生产。马钢二铁厂对传统的炉腹冷却壁进行了改进,收到了预期效果。

Blast furnaces are increasingly intensified with their technical progresses. But, heavy leakage of bosh cooling staves not only shortens BF service life, but also hinders normal operation. Some improvements on the classical staves have been made by Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., and expected results have been obtained.
