A型肉毒毒素在下面部轮廓年轻化治疗中的疗效分析与评价

Curative effect of botulinum toxin type A on juvenescence of lower face contour

目的定量评价A型肉毒毒素对下面部的年轻化作用。方法对30例下面部宽大伴有皮肤松垂的患者采用A型肉毒毒素注射咬肌、降口角肌及颏颈缘的颈阔肌，以治疗前后的照片做对比，并应用Angel软件进行治疗前后的定量测量评价。结果本组共30例患者，术后1、6个月随访，瘦脸的疗效维持良好，自然表情时颏颈线平均提升1．7mm。结论对平均年龄46．5岁的患者，通过A型肉毒毒素的治疗，在6个月内能有效改善下面部轮廓，并提升颏颈线，重复治疗依然有效，是一种可以推广的微创技术。

Objective To evaluate the effect of botulinum toxin type A on lower face contour. Methods Thirty women with wide and loose lower face were injected with botulinum toxin type A in masseter, depressor anguli oris and platysma. Comparing the photo of lower face between preview and postview. Angel software was used for quantitative evaluation. Results Thirty cases were followed up for 1 -6 months postoperatively, the effect of thin face were maintain, jaw and neck line were lifted for average 1.7 mm under nature ex- pression. Conclusion For the patients with average 46.5 years old, botulinum toxin type A is effective in treating loose lower face contour. This is a microsurgery technology and can be repeated and be popularize.
