振动负压吸脂联合乳晕下小切口治疗男性乳房发育症 被引量:3

Treatment of gyneacomastia with vibration vacuum liposuction through subareola incision

摘要 目的探讨振动负压吸脂联合乳晕下小切口治疗各型男性乳房发育症的手术效果。方法回顾分析自2009年3月至2013年3月,采用振动负压吸脂联合乳晕下小切151治疗168例男性乳房发育症患者的手术记录资料,对其优越性及技巧性等方面进行了总结。结果168例患者的单侧乳房手术时间为40~60min,术中出血量20~300ml,乳晕下切口为1.0~2.5cm,均无须拆线。术后2~3d即可拔除引流管。98%患者的切口均I期愈合。随访6~24个月,无复发。所有患者均获得平整的胸廓外观,无乳头、乳晕凹陷畸形,伤口瘢痕轻微,手术效果满意。结论采用振动负压吸脂联合乳晕下小切口治疗男性乳房发育症,手术时间短,创伤较小,恢复快,术后切口隐蔽,外观自然,手术效果理想,可以明显提高患者的自信心;适用于各型男性乳房发育症患者,符合整形外科的微创原则,是目前较好的手术治疗方法。 Objective To discuss the effect of vibration-vacuum-liposuction through small subareolar in- cision in the treatment of various types of gyneacomastia. Methods Retrospective analysis were performed on 168 cases of gyneacomastia who accepted vibration-vacuum-liposuction through subareolar incision from March 2009 to March 2013 and its advantages and clinical skills were summarized. Results Of 168 cases, unilateral breast surgery time was about 40 to 60 minutes and intraoperative blood loss was within 20 - 300 ml, the subare- ola incision was only 1.0 - 2.5 cm long, and no need to take out stitches. Drainage tube can be removed at 2 - 3 days after surgery. The incisions on 98% patients healed primarily. After 6 -24 months following up postop- eratively, no recurrence, all patients were satisfied with fiat thoracic appearance, slight scar and no nipple are- ola depressed deformity. Conclusion Vibration-vacuum-liposuction through small subareolar incision is an i- deal method in the treatment of gyneacomastia with shorter operation time, less trauma, rapid recovery, covert surgical scar, natural appearance and obtain ideal effect, which can significantly improve the patients' confidence. It is applicable to any type of gyneacomastia, fully conforms to the principles of plastic surgery and it is a better surgical treatment method at present.
