摘要
硅烷前处理技术作为替代磷化技术之一,具有环保性、低能耗、低使用成本、无渣等优点。介绍了新建车架涂装线体对使用硅烷工艺应用的可行性分析,从硅烷的应用机理、与电泳配套性、硅烷工艺参数影响DOE验证以及应用成本分析等方面进行了探讨。
silane pretreatment technology as a substitute for phosphating technology has advantages including environmentally friendly, low energy consumption, low operation cost and no slag etc.. Feasibility analysis of the silane technology application on new frame painting line is studied. Silane technology application mechanism, collocation, silane process parameter on DOE test, and application cost were investigated.
