创伤涂膜剂对烫伤大鼠感染绿脓杆菌的治疗作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立大鼠深Ⅱ°烫伤模型,并使之成功感染绿脓杆菌,观察以替硝唑、醋酸氯己定、盐酸达克罗宁为主要成分的创伤涂膜剂的治疗作用。方法采用高温蒸汽持续烫伤大鼠背部皮肤15 s制成深Ⅱ°烫伤模型,烫伤后创面接种绿脓杆菌菌液,24 h后分别给予低、中、高3组剂量的创伤涂膜剂、阳性对照药(复方醋酸氯己定涂膜剂)和无菌生理氯化钠溶液(模型组),观察不同时间点各组细菌的生长情况。结果对菌落计数结果进行重复测量方差分析表明,与模型组相比,给药第5天时,中、高剂量组细菌量显著降低;第9天时,各给药组细菌量均显著降低。结论应用创伤涂膜剂可抑制烫伤创面感染的绿脓杆菌的生长,治疗作用确切,且其抑菌作用呈现一定的量效关系。 Objective To observe the effect of a new type of film-forming solution containing tindazole,dyclonine and chlorhexidine on the disinfection of aeruginosus bacillus according to a scalded rat model. Methods High-temperature steam was used to scald the detersile back skins of rats for 15 s to form deep Ⅱ-degree burn of the skin before aeruginosus bacillus was inoculated. A film-forming solution for trauma was spread on the burned skin 24 h later and the growth of aeruginosus bacillus was determined at the devised time. Results Compared with the model group,the colony count of medium and high dose groups of the film-forming solution decreased significantly at the 5th day after administration,while the colony count of each test group decreased significantly at the 9th day. Conclusion The disinfection effect of the studied film-forming solution on aeruginosus bacillus is proved certain and displayed some dose-dependent trends.
