摘要
分析了宝钢初轧机轧辊裂纹的产生原因及其特征,用超声波跟踪检测和统计对比的方法,提出了一些改进措施和管理方式,从而使轧辊的使用寿命提高近一倍。
This paper analyzes reasons of crack generation and characteristics of the crack en the blooming roll in Baoshan Iron and Steel Complex. Improved measures and administrations, have been put forward by means of tracking the crack with ultrasonic inspection and the method of statistic comparison. Adopting these advanced measures, the life of blooming roll has been increased by 100%.
