心脏再同步治疗(CRT)因其确切疗效现已成为治疗慢性心力衰竭的重要方法。CRT不仅能降低心力衰竭患者的心肌代谢能耗,提高生活质量,而且可以逆转心室重构,降低心力衰竭冉入院率与病死率。尽管CRT治疗慢性心力衰竭效果明显,但其30%的术后无反应率长期以来困扰着临床医生与患者。为降低CRT无反应发生率,
