摘要
通过研制大型钢锭热状态数学模型,定量分析了大型镇静钢锭的冷凝机制,提出了镇静钢锭液芯装炉的试验方案,制定了相应的按罐定点脱模、垫铁脱模和最佳均热工艺制度等。经鞍钢第一、二初轧厂130万吨钢锭试验及推广应用表明,节能增产效果显著。
In this paper, the quantitative analysis of solidification mechanism of large killed ingots by means of hot-state mathematical model is discussed, the experimental charging program of killed steel liquid-core ingots is presented. Stripping with back-up plate and best homo-soaking process according to the set time of ladle are studied. The experimental and practical uses of 1.3 million ton of steel ingots in the blooming mill No.l and No.2 of AISC are successful and resulting in the increase of production and remarkable energy saving.
