济钢中板生产工艺改造后效益分析

ECONOMICAL ANALYSIS OF PLATE MILL AFTER RECONSTRUCTION

济钢于1988年进行了增建四辊精轧机和增设3号加热炉为主体的中板生产工艺的技术改造,其企业和社会经济效益是显著的。为适应该厂1Mt钢的生产能力,继续完善中板工艺及设备配套,调整产品结构,开发新产品,提高连铸板坯成材率和双标率等都是极重要的、适时的,从而使济钢中板生产、销售和资金回收纳入了良性循环。

The reconstruction of plate mill including a new four roller finishing mill and a new №3 heating furnace was completed in 1988. Since then, the enterprise development and social economical efficiency have become obvious. It is important to complete coordination of technique with equipment, adjust product constituent, develop new product and achieve high rate of finished products for reaching one million ton steel productivity a year. This reconstruction leads the mill into good circle of production, market and funds utilization.
