芍药甘草对药在肿瘤临证中的辨证应用

An Empirical Summary of Pro.Pei-wen Li's Treatment on Tumors by Shao-Yao-Gan-Cao Pairmedicine based on Syndrome Differentiation

李佩文教授认为,恶性肿瘤为阴瘤,是整体属虚,局部属实的病变,病机特点在于正虚邪实,虚实错杂。临证过程中,李师善用芍药甘草对药酸甘化阴及甘苦化合之性,共奏敛阴养血,缓急止痛,补益肺脾,佐金平木,夔理阴阳之效。

Malignant tumor, according to Pro. Li Pei-wen, is Yin tumor with pathological changes of partial asthenia and inte- gral sthenia. The pathogenesis has simultaneous presentation of sthenia and asthenias. During clinical process, Pro. Li made the best of Shao-Yao-Gan-Cao pairmedicine which has the function of transforming sour sweet into yin,exerting a synergetic effect of yin to nourish blood, relieving spasm and pain, invigorating spleen and nourishing lung, supporting metal to suppress wood and regulating yin and yang.
