Experience of Acupuncture Treatment for Flaccidity Syndrome

《素问·痿论》是论述痿证最早的文献,认为"五脏使人痿",并阐述了痿证与脏腑、经脉的联系,明确了痿证的治疗原则为"治痿独取阳明",而针刺取穴原则为"各补其荥而通其俞"。临床上对经络辨证论述较少,但脏腑辨证和经络辨证相结合,可以补充痿证的脏腑辨证分型的不足,更好的运用于临床的诊疗当中。

Suwen weilun is the earliest document recorded the flaccidity syndrome, in which the pathogenesis of the flaccidity syndrome is considered to be related to the five intemal organs. It also described the relationship between the flaccidity syndrome and viscera ＆ meridian. Moreover, it clarified the principle of treatment which aims at using Yangrning-meridian for flaccidity syndrome and the principle of acupoints-selection which reinforces Ying-point with dredging Shu-point. Although there are few discussions on meridian-differentiation of flaccidity syndrome in clinic, the combination of five viscera differentiation with meridian differentiation can further complete the deficiency. Consequently, the combination of them is the key for diagnosis and treatment in clinic.
