李跃华辨治焦虑症发热1例

Professor Li Yuehuaps Treatment of an Anxiety Disorder Patient with Fever by TCM Diagnosis and Treatment

焦虑抑郁症发病机制至今尚不明确,存在多种假说,其中以脑神经递质与抑郁症的关系研究最为入。李跃华教授临床辨治1例发热原因不明的患者。患者自发热伊始,原因不明,间断发热,他院给予退热及激素等治疗,连续应用5月患者病情未改善。患者情绪低落,紧张不安,生活兴趣丧失,李跃华教授以焦虑郁症中医辨证诊治,结合清热利湿,并口服西医对症抗焦虑抑郁药物治疗,患者发热好转。

Pathogenesis of Anxiety-depression is still unclear nowadays. There are several hypotheses, among which the study of the relationship between brain neurotransmitters and depression is the most in-depth. My tutor Professor Li Yuehua cured one patient who had an unexplained fever with TCM diagnosis and treatment. At the beginning, the fever was unexplained and intermittent. Other hospitals treated the patient with antipyretic and hormone, but the patient did not get better after five months. The patient with great depression and nervousness lose interest in life. Professor Li Yuehua used TCM diagnosis and treatment to clear heat and promote diuresis. At the same time, western medicine was added to cure anxiety and depression. Finally, the patient got better.
