Experience of Prof.WANG Xing-hua in Treating Gastric Diseases

王兴华教授认为,胃病有家族倾向,与遗传体质和后天失调相关,了解家庭成员以及直系亲属病谱,有利于判断疾病的发生、发展与预后、转归。辨证属于脾肾阳虚,中州失养,治以温补脾肾,健中助运;湿热内阻,胃气郁滞,治以清化湿热,理气和胃;肝胃不和,气滞不通,治以疏肝理气,和胃止痛;胃阴亏虚,中州失养,治以养阴益胃,健中助运;瘀血停滞,郁阻脉络,治以活血化瘀,通络护膜;寒邪客胃,凝滞不通,治以温胃散寒,行气止痛;饮食积滞,脾胃不和,治以消食导滞,运脾和胃。

Prof. WANG Xing- hua thinks that gastric disease has familial characteristic and is related to both inherited constitution and postnatal maladjustment, It is beneficial for the assessment of the possible occurrence, development and prognosis of the disease to get information of the patients＇ family history, For patients diagnosed with yang deficiency of both spleen and kidney, treatment should be based on wanning the kidney and invigorating spleen to facilitate transport and transform function, For internal obstruction of damp - heat and stomach qi stagnation, cleating away damp - heat and regulating qi - flowing for harmonizing stomach is recommended, For liver- stomach disharmony leading to qi stagnation and obstruction, it is fit to soothe the liver and regulate the qi and dispel the stagnation to alleviate pain, Nourishing stomach yin and strengthening spleen is necessary for deficient stomach yin and malnourishment of spleen, For blood stasis obstructing vessels and collaterals, treatment should go for promoting blood circulation and dispersing stasis to protect gastric mucosa, For exogenous cold attacking stomach and coagulating vessels, wanning the stomach and dissipating cold and activating qi to alleviate pain is effective, For disharmony of spleen and stomach caused by food retention, dispersing food and transforming stagnation, fortifying the spleen and harmonizing the stomach should be considered as the treatment.
