李《金匮要略广注》刊行于清康熙二十一年(1682年),是清早期继明赵以德后注释《金匮要略》注书之一,其注释《金匮要略》见解独特,论析精辟,说理深入浅出,学术观点多被后世医家引用。《金匮要略广注刊印量少,流传不广,后世医家对《金匮要略广注》全貌多有不知,学术界更缺乏对《金匮要略广注》及作者李的系统研究。开展对《金匮要略广注》及作者李的深入研究,对《金匮要略》的研究意义重大。

Li Wen＇s Jingui Yaolue Guangzhu was published in the 21st year （AD 1682） of Emperor Kangxi in Qing Dynasty. It is one of the books which noted Jingui Yaolue during the early stage of Qing dynasty since Zhao Yide who lived in Ming dynasty. Li Wen＇s note had unique perspective, penetrating demonstration and analysis. And his argument explained the profound in simple terms. His academic points were quoted by many later Chinese medical scientists. The printing quantity of Jingui Yaolue Guangzhu is low. And its circulation was not wide. Many of the later Chinese medical scientists didn＇t know the general view of it. The academic circle even lack the systematic study of Jingui Yaolue Guangzhu and its writer Li Wen. So launching an in - depth research of them will definitely have good effect on the research of Jingui Yaolue.
