摘要
采用硫印法、X光透射法、大样电解法(Slims)和金相法对钢包、中间包和超低头连铸板坯中的夹杂物进行了系统调查研究。对浇注过程钢中夹杂物类型、数量、组成和分布以及钢水的二次氧化、渣成分变化等进行了讨论。
In this paper the non-metallic inclusions occurred in ladle, tundish and slab during super low head continuons casting have been investigated by using sulpher print, X ray, slims method and microscopy. The quantity, morphogy, composition and distribution of the inclusions in the continuous casting as well as reoxydation of motlen steel, slag composition are discussed.
