摘要
采用水培实验的方法研究了不同浓度铈、镉单一及铈镉复合处理对玉米种子发芽率、α-淀粉酶活性、三种抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性、细胞膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量以及细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明,添加10 mg·L-1的Ce能缓解Cd对玉米种子的毒害,提高种子发芽率,增强α-淀粉酶活性、抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性,降低MDA含量和细胞质膜透性。当镉剂量为100 mg·L-1时,这种缓解作用不明显,甚至有加重毒害的趋势。
Using hydroponic cuhure,the effects of single cerium, single cadmium, as well as their combined pollution on the seed germination rate, activity of alpha amylase, three types of antioxidant enzymes ( SOD, POD, CAT) activities, the con- tent of malondialdehyde and plasma membrane permeability of corn seed were investigated. The results show that the optimum dose of cerium can alleviate the toxicity of 30 mg ~ L- ~ of cadmium to maize seed, improve seed germination rate, enhance the activities of alpha amylase and antioxidant enzymes ( SOD, POD, CAT) and reduce MDA content and plasma membrane per- meability. When cadmium dose is 100 mg ~ L-l, cerium does not have obvious detoxification effect, but aggravates cadmium toxicity.
