壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚调控制备特殊形貌碳酸铈 被引量:4

Controlled Synthesis of Ce_2(CO_3)_3 with Special Morphologies Using Nonylphenol Ethoxylates

摘要 采用非离子型有机高分子壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚作为模板剂,在模拟生物矿化环境的体系中制备出稳定的梭形碳酸铈颗粒,研究了试验参数,如壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚浓度、CeCl3浓度、加料方式及PH值对碳酸铈颗粒形貌的影响,并利用XRD对所制得的碳酸铈颗粒进行物相分析。结果表明:利用壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚的乙氧基长链控制Ce2(CO3)3晶核沿有序方向生长,从而诱导Ce2(CO3)3形貌从无规则片状堆积向梭形转化;通过调控实验参数,得到了均匀稳定的分散性良好的梭形Ce2(CO3)3颗粒,其结构为Ce2(CO3)3·8H2O。 Stable spindle-shaped Ce2 ( CO3 ) 3 particles were prepared in the mimetic biomineralization system by using non - ionic organic macromolecular nonylphen01 ethoxylates as template. Effect of experimental parameters such as nonylphenol ethoxylates concentration, CeC13 concentration, feeding mode and pH value on the pattern of Ce2 ( CO3 ) 3 particle was investigated. XRD was used to characterize phase of the Ce2 ( C03 ) 3 particles obtained. The results show that ethoxylated long - chain of nonylphenol ethox- ylates control growth of Ce2 (CO3 )3 nuclei along the orderly direction, thereby inducing the transformation of morphologies of Ce2 ( CO3 ) 3 from irregular flake accumulation to spindle. Through the regulation of experimental parameters, spindle shaped Ce2 ( CO3 ) 3 particles exhibit uniform, stable and single dispersion ,the structure is Ce2 (CO3)3 · 8H2O.
