摘要
本文研究了在荷重升温还原条件下高钛型烧结矿的还原碎化行为。550~750℃是烧结矿的急剧碎化温度区间,还原相变应力是还原碎化的根本原因,碳素沉积的破坏应力是巨大的、加剧了烧结矿的碎化。
The reduction degradation behavior of high-titaniferrous sinter was researched under condition of loading and temperature-progressing reduction. The temperature range of rapid degradation of sinter is 550~750℃. The phase-transformation stress is a essential reason of the degradation. The damaging stress of carbon deposition is vast and far exceeds the phase-transformation stress.
