摘要
大直径气动潜孔锤钻头一般采用冷压工艺进行钻齿与本体装配,即固齿。固齿过盈量的大小直接决定钻头制造工艺过程及其服役性能。采用弹性力学的方法初步计算过盈量,用有限元数值解法模拟冷压固齿过程,获取过盈量与齿孔、柱齿应力间的关系,得到较精确的过盈值用于指导冷压固齿装配过程。
The cold-press holding technology is used in the large diameter pneumatic down-the-hole hammer.The clearance of drill and body influences the manufacturing process and service behavior.The theory of elasticity is used to make a rough calculation,and finite-element analysis is adopted to simulate the process of cold-press holding so as to get the relationship between the clearance and tooth-hole or drill.At last the precise clearance is obtained to guide the assembly process of cold-press holding process.
