摘要
为提高国内起重机液压技术水平,以某型号汽车起重机作为研究对象,利用AMESim软件对包括变幅,伸缩,起升机构在内的液压系统建立了仿真模型,分析了起重机空载情况下执行机构的复合动作特性以及变幅联,伸缩联和卷扬联换向阀节流口开口面积与通过流量之间关系,验证了负载敏感系统的阀前补偿特性,为以后汽车起重机液压系统的研究提供了重要参考。
To improve the technical level of hydraulic crane in our country,taking a model of Mobile Crane as the research object,using the software of AMESim to establish its corresponding hydraulic system models of amplitude,stretching and lifting mechanism.Also analyze the actuator operating characteristics for case-load crane composite,and relationships of luffing stretch and winch associated with valve orifice opening area and flow.Verify the features of load sensing valve before the compensation system,provides an important reference for research of Mobile crane hydraulic system in future.
